Hazard Assessment, Incident Reporting, and on-going employee participation are the core components of our Safety Management System. Hazard Assessments are prepared based on information from scouting and /or an Enform certified permit agent. The Hazard Assessment report is continually being updated by a Field Administrator as new hazards are identified. OutSource Seismic counts on its employees to report all near misses and to advise management promptly of any perceived hazards or improper procedures to ensure the reliability and accountability the Safety Management System.
