Final Plan

After a program has been shot and recorded, a Final Plan must be submitted to the government for review. Spatial data is processed by a survey auditor, which is then passed along to OutSource Seismic where the final maps and documents are completed. A final plan map will show the true locations of access roads, cut lines, source and receiver points, watercourse crossings, and helipads. Areas where vegetation needed to be cut will be properly measured and accounted for in a Timber Damage Assessment.

After all of the data has been collected, the maps and documents have been created and run through QA/QC, the Final Plan packages will be sent to the appropriate government agency. At OutSource, experienced in-house technicians know what is required for a seismic program’s final plan, and ensure that all maps and documents are submitted correctly and on-time.
